SIX MONTH ADJUSTMENT WARRANTY
Our commitment to Outstanding Quality and Customer Service
All new bicycles purchased at our Purple Shop come with a Six Month Adjustment Warranty. This six months of free adjustments will help you maintain your bicycle in top operating condition; covering fit, shifting and braking adjustments, minor wheel truing, and safety check-ups; allowing you to get to know your new machine, service any cable stretch and address normal brake-in adjustments all at no charge.
As a new bicycle owner, you’ll receive a Sweep Tune FREE, whenever you bring in your bicycle for Warranty Adjustment Service…a huge savings and unbeatable customer service commitment. We want you to love riding your new bicycle and we’re devoted to helping you!
The best things you can do to keep your bicycle in top condition are to 1 – keep your ride clean and well lubricated, 2 – visit our friendly mechanics with any questions you may have, and 3-utilize your Six Month Adjustment Warranty whenever you have a question or concern . Your Adjustment Warranty will be void should you neglect or abuse your bicycle (eg. leave it outside for weeks on end, back over it with the family vehicle, crunch it so badly that it resembles a ball of mangled parts). Warranty Adjustments do not include installation of any parts, including tubes, cables or brake pads, nor does it include overhauling any part, cleaning and lubrication, or flats; regular charges will apply for these services.
We recommend you take the time to read the owner’s manual and register your bicycle on-line with the manufacturer. We’re here to answer any questions you may have.
We offer Clean & Lube Services, and stock all the supplies and tools required for you to keep your bicycle clean, lubricated, and singing at home too.

Nightmare Squeak! I showed up with a "small problem" at about 15 minutes before closing that turned into a major puzzler! Not once did Ian mention the closing time or look at the clock! He stayed working on my bike WELL after closing to get me on my way and then tried NOT to charge me his full rate! Absolutely un-matched customer service and friendly interaction.
